An hour before we had to pitch concepts for client’s US product launch, I was told the creative director, who was to present, was not coming.

No time to panic. Or throw up.

So I did the pitch. We got the account and soon, a better creative director.

Win-win.

The ECD praised it for being “too emotional.”
